Orders placed and paid before 12:00 on Monday to Wednesday and before 12:00 on Friday will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed on Friday (after 12:00) to Sunday will be shipped on Monday. We are closed on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, there is no order shipping on these days. There is no shipping on public holidays and during company closures such as the holiday period.
SHIPPING COSTS IN THE NETHERLANDS
Orders under €250,- (excl. VAT and shipping costs) are charged with €6.63 excl. VAT. Orders over €250,- are delivered free of charge (without charging for shipping costs).
SHIPPING COSTS TO BELGIUM
Orders under €250,- (excl. VAT and shipping costs) are charged with €8.26 excl. VAT. Orders over €250,- are delivered free of charge (without charging for shipping costs).
SHIPPING COSTS OTHER EUROPE UNI COUNTRIES
Orders with a delivery address outside the Netherlands and Belgium to one of the Europa Uni countries are always charged with €14.87 excl. VAT and shipping and packaging costs.
IS PICKUP POSSIBLE?
Pickup at a PostNL location is possible, you can choose from various affiliated PostNL points. Pickup at our own Experience Center of Lanette Medical Aesthetic Distribution is also possible. Fixed pick-up options are on Monday & Friday between 9:00 and 12:00, but only by appointment. If you have not made an appointment in advance, then pick-up is NOT possible. (we do not have a shop, so you must first order online and then make a pick-up appointment)
MYPARCEL TRADING
On the day of shipment you will receive your tracking number by email. You must track your delivery yourself. If you do not receive it, check your spam messages, because the tracking is automatically sent to you. Our helpdesk will not provide you with any information regarding the delivery of your package.

MyParcel/PostNL will deliver your order within 24 to 72 hours (except on Sundays).
Unfortunately, it can happen that MyParcel/PostNL is delayed.
No one present
If no one is present, you can pick up your package at the collection point near you, check your tracking message for this. Your package will remain at the collection point for a maximum of 6 days. Please note that MyParcel delivers at different times than regular mail. The costs for the 2nd delivery are always for you, regardless of the value of the order. For the 2nd delivery in the Netherlands we charge: €8.00 incl. VAT. For the 2nd delivery to Belgium we charge: €10.00 incl. VAT. You must pay these costs to us via a payment link. If the 2nd delivery costs are not paid, we will retain possession of the package until payment has been completed.
Not liable
We are not liable for non-delivery, theft, denial of signature, denial of delivery or any other loss of your package. There is no right to compensation. In such cases, you must investigate yourself and contact the carrier yourself. We advise you to always keep a close eye on your tracking email yourself.
Insure shipping
Do you want us to send your package insured? Then indicate this with your order under "comments" and we will then charge you the additional transport insurance costs via the payment link. This way you are always covered for your package delivery. In such cases, we will place an investigation order with the carrier on your behalf.
